About the project
Conversational agent that answers calls and messages for a diagnostic centre, booking, rescheduling and cancelling examinations in conversation. A FastAPI service models it as a LangGraph state graph with typed application tools: availability search, booking creation and summary, opening hours and prescription upload. It reads prescription number and tax code from a photograph, correcting typical OCR errors, and hands over to a human operator on request or outside its domain. Calls are held in memory and released after an hour of silence, while each booking is written to the clinic's diary.
